Crock Pot Lasagna

Crock Pot Lasagna
Serves 6-8

1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
2 cl garlic, minced

29-oz tomato sauce
6-oz tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano

8-oz lasagna noodles, uncooked

4 C (16oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 C (12-oz) cottage cheese
1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese

Cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned.  Drain.

Stir in sauce, paste, salt, and oregano, mix well.

Mix cheeses together.

In ungreased slow-cooker, layer . . .

1/4 meat sauce
1/3 noodles over sauce
1/3 cheese mixture

Repeat twice, top with remaining meat sauce.

Cook on low 4-5 hours.
