Lazy Loaf

Lazy Loaf from Nigella Espress

2 3/4 C whole wheat bread flour
2 C oaty, unsugared muesli (NOT granola)
2 1/2 tsp yeast
2 tsp kosher salt
1 C milk
1 C water

Mix flour, muesli, yeast, and salt in a bowl.

Add milk and water and stir into a thick prridge.

Transfer to greased 2lb loaf pan.

Place in a cold oven and turn to 225.  Leave for 45 minutes.

Raise oven temperature to 350 and leave for another hour.

When done it should feel slightly hollow when tapped from underneath.
