Breakfast Bars from Nigella Express
1 14oz can condensed milk
2 1/2 C rolled oats
1 C shredded coconut
1 C dried cranberries
1 C mixed seeds
1 C natural unsalted peanuts
Preheat oven to 250 and oil a 9x13 dish.
Warm milk in a large pan.
Mix all other ingredients together and add milk using a rubber spatula to fold.
Spread mixture into pan and press down with a spatula or your hands.
Bake 1 hour. Let cool 15 minutes, then cut into bars.
Let cool completely.
