Cheese Crackers

Cheese Crackers
from Virginia Post

8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
1/2 C butter, softened

1 1/2 C flour
1/4 C chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl, beat until combined.

Stir in flour, parsley, salt/pepper.

Divide dough in half, shape into 7" logs.

Wrap and chill at least 1 hour.

Oven to 350.

Slice logs 1/4" thick, bake 15 minutes.
