Bacon Tater Bites

Bacon Tater Bites

tater tots
American cheese

Cook bacon until browned but limp.  Cut in half.

Prepare tots according to directions on package.

Cut thin slices of cheese and wrap around each Tot.

Wrap bacon around the cheese and secure with a toothpick.

Broil, turning once, until bacon is crisp.

Serve with hot mustard sauce:  1/2 C mustard, 1/4C brown sugar, 1/2 tsp ginger.
