Mom's Ginger Snaps

Mom's Ginger Snaps
(Not from my mom, rather, from allrecipes.


Oven to 375.

Cream together:


1 C brown sugar
3/4 C vegetable oil
1/4 C molasses
1 egg

Combine:

2 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger

Add dry into wet.  Roll into 1 1/4" balls.  Roll each ball in:

1/3 C sugar

Place 2 inches apart and bake 10-12 minutes until center is firm.
