Goat Cheese Mini Puffs

Goat Cheese Mini Puffs

OK, This isn't her exact recipe.  I've changed this a little to save some typing, frankly!

Make the Gougeres minus the cheese.

Then, mix the following:

6oz herbed fresh goat cheese at room temperature
6oz cream cheese at room temperature
6 Tb heavy cream

Load a pastry bag and fill the puffs.
Serve warm, room temperature, or slightly chilled.
