Dieter's (Not) Tartine

Dieter's Tartine (Not)
From Dorie Greenspan's my french table.  (Except I'm not doing the fat free stuff!)

1 lg slice country bread, about 1/3" thick
1/2 C cottage cheese thinned with sour cream (about 6Tb cottage cheese to 2Tb sour cream)
1/3 seedless cucumber peeled and diced
1 small tomato, peeled, seeded and diced
chopped fresh chives
herbes de provence (optional)

Grill or toast bread.  Spread with cheese, top with veggies.  Sprinkle with salt/pepper and the chives/herbes de provence.
