1/2 C plain yogurt
2 Tb white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 C frumbled feta
1/4 C canola oil
2 Tb packed, fresh basil leaves
Drop first 4 ingredients into blender and whirl on high until smooth. With blender running slowly stream in oil. Then add basil and pulse a few times. Salt and pepper to taste.
