WW Garden Vegetable Soup

Serves 4

2/3 C carrots, sliced
1/2 C onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced

3 C broth
1 1/2 C green cabbage, diced
1/2 C green beans
1 Tb tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt

1/2 C zucchini, diced

Saute first group in a little olive oil, about 5 min.

Add next group of ingredients, simmer, covered, about 15 minutes

Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes.
