Wing Sauces

Classic Hot Sauce

6 Tb ketchup
2-3 Tb hot sauce
4 Tb butter, melted
salt/pepper

Whisk and pour over wings, toss to coat.

Honey Mustard Sauce

1/4 C dijon mustard
3 Tb butter, melted
2 Tb honey
1 tsp vider vinegar
salt/pepper

Whisk and pour over wings, toss to coat.


Blue Cheese Dip

1/2 C sour cream
1 Tb mayonnaise
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 C crumbled blue cheese

Mix first 4 ingredients.  Add blue cheese.  Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
