Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

I think this was from food.com.

1 1/3 C water
2 Tb evoo
3/4 tsp salt
2 C flour
2 C whole wheat flour
2 tsp yeast
1 Tb honey

(You can also use 4 C whole wheat flour and 1/4C gluten.)

Load ingredients into bread machine and run a dough cycle.

Roll dough to the shape of your pans, or 2 14" pizzas.

Brush lightly with evoo and add toppings.

Bake in preheated 450 oven for 10-12 minutes.

(Dough can be made a few hours ahead and held in the fridge covered in plastic after the evoo brushing.)
