This is a Rachel Ray.
1/2 pound ground turkey
3 Tb Parm-Reg or Romano cheese
3 Tb bread crumbs
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 Tb flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 Tb evoo
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, peeled and grated or finely chopped
4 C chicken stock
1/2 C orzo
Make tiny meatballs with the first group. Bake in oven.
Heat next group in a pot over medium heat. Add stock and bring to boil. Once broth is boiling, drop meatballs into broth. Stir in orzo and cook 5 minutes.
