2 2/3 C couscous
2 2/3 C water
2 Tb honey
1 Tb oil (I use coconut)
1 1/2 C chopped and toasted nuts (walnuts, almonds, a mix, whatever)
8 oz of dried cranberries
Place couscous in a 9 x 13 pan. Bring water, honey, and oil to a boil in a sauce pan. Pour this mixture over couscous and stir to blend. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Mix in nuts and cranberries. Put in a 350 oven and bake about 20 minutes.
Spoon into bowls and serve with milk over it.
