Salmon Party Log

1 lb can (2C) salmon (drained, skin & bones removed)
8oz cream cheese (soft)
1 Tb lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp horseradish

1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke

1/2 C chopped pecans
3 Tb snipped parsley

Combine first 7 ingredients.  Mix well and shill several hours.  Combine pecans and parsley.  Shape salmon mixture into a log, roll in pecan/parsley mixture.  Chill well and serve with crackers.
