Romaine Roll-Ups

From The Complete Book of Raw Food

1 lg head romain lettuce

3 lg tomatoes, finely chopped
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, finely chopped
1 hand full alfalfa sprouts
2 Tb fresh cilantro, finely chopped
basil, oregano, finely chopped
onion/garlic finely chopped

Separate leaves and put on a plate.

Mix the rest of the ingredients to make filling.  Spoon generously at one end of each lettuce leaf.  Roll sides of leaf over, fold in half.  Continue until you've used all the filling.  Eat like a sandwich.
