Roasted Red Potatoes

Serves 4

1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
2 Tb evoo
2 Tb coarsely chopped fresh rosemary

Oven to 425.  Toss everything together on a baking sheet.  Spread out in a single layer.  Roast, stirring half way, until golden brown and crisp on outside, about 30 minutes.
