For two large or three medium pies ~
Put into a Kitchen Aide bowl and leave until foamy . . .
2 C warm water
2 Tb yeast
2 tsp sugar
Attach your bread hook, turn the machine on, and then add . . .
1 tsp salt
flour (1C at a time, 5-ish total, until like a bread dough)
Pat out your crust onto a pan and bake at 400 for 10 minutes. (Pre-baking leaves crust NOT soggy later.)
Add toppings as desired and bake another 10-15 minutes.
