Mediterranean Salmon Salad

I think this is from a magazine, but I don't know which one!

1/2 C uncooked orzo
2 6-oz salmon fillets
salt
oregano
pepper
oil
2 C torn spinach
1/2 C red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 C green onions, chopped
3 Tb lemon juice
2 Tb crumbled feta

Preheat the broiler.

Cook the pasta.

Sprinkle salmon evenly with salt, oregano, and pepper, place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.  Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.  Let stand 5 minutes, then break into bite-sized pieces.

Combine everything, toss well.

Serves 4 (1 C each).
