Heather's Subs

1 loaf feeds 5 people

1/4 pound each:

ham (honey or black forest
turkey pastrami
hard salami
provolone cheese

Slice bread length wise.  Drizzle with evoo and red wine vinegar.

Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.

Layer shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and the meat & cheese.
