Graham Crackers

Oven to 375.

In Kitchen Aide, cream ~

1/2 stick soften butter

Add ~

2 1/2 C whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tb cream or milk

Mix just enough to moisten.  Pat into a 9x13 pan.  Cut into 2 inch squares and prick crackers with a fork.  Bake on the center rack for 10-12 minutes.  If the outside row browns first, remove them and continue baking the rest.
