I'm taking my kitchen paperless (at least as far as non-bound recipes go) so welcome to my cookbook in a blog!

Garlic Cheese Rolls

Makes 2 pie plates of pull-apart rolls, one for now, one for the freezer.

1.5 C water
4 C flour
2 tsp salt
2 Tb butter
2 Tb sugar
2 Tb dry milk
1 heaping teaspoon gluten
1 Tb yeast

Load into a machine and run through a dough cycle.  Once complete, divide into 2 equal pieces.  Roll each piece into a 24 inch rope and then cut each rope into 16 pieces.  Shape into balls and place in a greased pie pan.

1/2 C melted butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

In a small bowl, combine butter and garlic, then pour evenly over the two pans of rolls.  Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Cover and rise for 30-45 minutes to double.  (Put oven to lowest setting, leave for 2 minutes, then turn off before placing dough to rise.)   Remove pans, preheat oven to 375, then bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
