French Bread


1 1/2 C warm water
1 Tb sugar
1 tsp salt
4 C flour
2 tsp yeast

Load ingredients in order and run through dough cycle.  Once done, roll out to a 12" long loaf and allow to rest for 1 hour.  Bake in a preheated oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until done.  Cool and enjoy.
