Cranberry Sauce

1 bag of fresh cranberries, rinse, sort, drain
1 C sugar
1 C orange juice

Boil 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Pour super hot, into super hot jars and seal.  Leave to sit on the counter, covered, and out of drafts.  Let the popping begin!

You can also add a slosh of some sort of sweet yummy liquor, either cutting the sugar first, or not.  Yum!
