Chicken-Orzo Salad with Goat Cheese

1 1/4 C orzo, cooked

3 C chopped grilled chicken
1 1/2 C fresh spinach
1 C grape tomoatoes, halved
1/2 C choped red bell pepper
1/2 C chopped red onion
2 Tb chopped fresh basil
1 tsp choped fresh oregano

2 Tb red wine vinegar
1 Tb evoo
6 Tb crumbled goat cheese

Toss the first group together.  Toss the second group together and pour over salad.  Mix and eat.

Crazy good, a summer favorite around here.
