6 C rolled oats
2 C 6-grain mix
1 C oat bran
1 C barley flakes
1/2 C flax seeds
1 C puffed millet
1/2 C brown sugar
1/4 C sesame seeds
3/4 C toasted pepitas
1/2 C toasted sunflower seeds
1 1/2 C slivered almonds
1 C coconut flakes
1 C dried cranberries
1 C chopped dates

Mix, store, and eat.  OR Mix, toast, cool, store, eat.

Multiplies easily, freezes well, or stores dry well.
