Beef Brisket

oven to 400.

oil a broiler pan rack
place brisket fat-side up
sprinkle lipton soup mix over the top

disolve 2 beef boullion cubes in 1/2 C of hot water
add 1/2 C cold water after disolved
pour into bottom of pan

cover tight with foil

400 degrees for 15 min, then
250 degrees for 3 hours

cool, slice thin, then reheat in own juice
